The Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce has offered this valuable opportunity to its membership and the business community for the past 13 years at the annual Labor and Employment Law Seminar. Attorneys from Torkildson, Katz, Hetherington, Moore and Harris present this popular seminar where attendees can ask human resource questions at the end of the session.
Topics include Legislative Updates, Leave Law Administration, Whistleblower Investigations, Dept. of Labor Investigations and Wage and Hour Development, Cutting-Edge Discrimination, Harassment Cases and Negotiating Settlement; plus Exit Agreements.
The all-day seminar includes continental breakfast, lunch and a hard copy of the “2017-2018 Chamber Desk Manual: Labor and Employment.”
Multiple attendees from the same company can take advantage of discounts. A second attendee from a single business will receive a $25 discount. The third and subsequent attendees from a single business can receive a $50 discount. All reservations are required by Friday, Sept. 22. Space is limited, no walk-ins are allowed and no refunds or cancellations are taken after 5 p.m. Sept. 22.
